After years of giving outward, I found myself returning inward — learning to listen to my body, honor my emotions, and reclaim my creative voice.
This journey taught me that healing is quiet.
It doesn’t announce itself.
It happens in moments of stillness. In choosing softness over survival. In creating beauty after heartbreak.
Aarohan and Soul Seven are extensions of that remembering.
They were created not from ambition, but from truth.
