Shipping policy

We ship all orders with care and intention across India.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Ritual-prepared or special items may take up to 10-15 business days.

Delivery Time & Charges

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch (depending on location and courier partner).  Delivery charges within India is INR 120. 

  • COD -  Cash on Delivery available on orders above ₹2000 with ₹75 COD fee.
    Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.

Delays & Force Majeure

  • Delays due to courier issues, weather, strikes, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

  • However, we will always assist and support you until your order reaches you.
