Refund policy

At Sacred Scent Studio, each fragrance, attar, and ritual oil is crafted with care, intention, and purity. Due to the personal and intimate nature of these products, we follow a mindful and hygiene-conscious return policy.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • If your product arrives damaged, leaked, broken, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video.

  • In such cases, after verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A store credit, or

  • A refund (as deemed appropriate).

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Customized or ritual-prepared items

  • Gifted items or discounted items

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Due to the nature of handcrafted fragrances, we accept returns only in case of damaged or incorrect items. Unboxing video mandatory.

No refunds for:

  • change of mind
  • fragrance preference
